How do I troubleshoot videos on the curriculum site not playing?

Are you experiencing issues with the videos on the curriculum site? Please follow the steps below.

Here is a YouTube link an example of one of our Curriculum Videos.  If it plays on YouTube but not on the curriculum site, we may need to work directly with your IT Department to ensure that your district’s network filter is able to approve CharacterStrong’s videos.

Please forward the information below to your IT contact:

If your district uses any firewall or content-filtering appliances, we recommend adding the following domains (and if your appliance accepts wildcard domains):

characterstrong.com curriculum.characterstrong.com characterstrong.com

We also recommend adding the CharacterStrong YouTube channel (especially for districts that use Securly) as an approved source for videos (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtP8-UfKtfnxuOnc_0MeHuQ).  If your content filter doesn't support entire channels, please email tech@characterstrong.com for a full list of YouTube URLs.
