(NEW Draft) Getting Started with Tier 3 - District Lead

5 easy steps to begin your team's Tier 3 journeys! This article highlights the updated process for how District Leads get and give access to Tier 3!

Get Access as a District Lead (2 Steps)

  1. Confirm you have created your District Lead account **When you login you should have the "School Management" tab on the left-hand side that allows you to view all schools
    1. If you have not yet created your individual account and need an invite, please reach out to support@characterstrong.com!
  2. On the left-hand side navigate to the "Tier 3 Solution" section and click Student Dashboard. And that's it! You should see the student information for all of your schools!

Give Access to Members (2 Steps)

Step 1: Confirm Your Team’s Accounts
    1. Access the Members Page under each School below the School Management menu item.
    2. Verify all intended Tier 3 users are present for each school - learn more about roles here.
      • Be sure to check the invitations tab and resend any pending invitations or approve waiting members.
    3. Add any missing users via the Add Members button or see additional ways you can invite here.

School Leads are now automatically given Tier 3 permissions! So Tier 3 roles will only need to be applied to members with the Educator role.

Step 2: Assign Tier 3 Team Roles
    1. On the Members Page under each School below the School Management, click the Tier 3 logo next to each user's name in the role column.
