How do I assign Tier 3 permissions to a multi-building user?
Multi-building users can access student information from the district level. District Leads have automatic Tier 3 permissions, this step only needs to be completed for Educators.
Step 1: Confirm the user is under the district organization
- This can only be done by District Leads. Click here to see how to move a member to the district if they are currently under a specific school.
Step 2: Access the 'Members' tab under 'School Management
*As a District Lead, this tab shows you members under the district organization
Step 3: Assign Tier 3 Team Permissions by opening the drop down menu under the Role column and select "Educator + CST3"
🌟Note: Selecting District Lead on the drop down menu will also give the user Tier 3 permissions, however, it will also give them district administrative access such as the ability to manage members and view the activity report.
