Getting Started with Tier 3 - District Lead
4 easy steps to begin your team's Tier 3 journeys!
First 4 Steps - District Leads
School Leads can also support with these steps from the building level!
Step 1: Confirm Your Team’s Individual Accounts
- Objective: Ensure all staff members have created their accounts.
- Actions:
- Access the Members Page under each School below the School Management menu item.
- Verify all intended Tier 3 users are present.
- Be sure to check the invitations tab and resend any pending invitations or approve waiting members.
- Add any missing users via the Add Members button or see additional ways you can invite here.
- Note: If members need access across multiple buildings they can be added at the district level. They can be added as a District Lead, which will give them additional administrative control as well as Tier 3 permissions. If they do not need administrative control, they can be given the "CST3 + Educator" permissions to give them district Tier 3 access!
Step 2: Assign Tier 3 Team Permissions
- Objective: Assign the appropriate Tier 3 permissions to your staff.
- 🌟Note: All District and School Leads will automatically have Tier 3 permissions.
- Actions:
- On the Members Page under each School below the School Management tab, open the drop down menu under the Role column and select "Educator + CST3" for each Tier 3 user.

Step 3: Provide Support and Training for Staff
- Objective: Equip staff with the knowledge to use the platform.
- Actions:
- Direct Staff to start their journey on the Training and Resource Hub Page.
- Have staff watch pre-recorded PD on the Overview Page or Sign Up for upcoming PD Sessions that are included in the CST3 Solution

Step 4: Reach Out for Additional Support
- Objective: Ensure you have the resources needed for a smooth onboarding process.
