Getting Started with Tier 3 - School Lead

The attached outlines our recommended first 4 steps to set up your Tier 3 teams for success!

First 4 Steps - School Leads

Step 1: Confirm Your Team’s Accounts

  • Objective: Ensure all staff members have created their accounts.
  • Actions:
    • Access the Members Page under the School Management menu.
    • Verify all intended Tier 3 users are present 
      • Be sure to check the invitations tab and resend any pending invitations or approve waiting members.
    • Add any missing users via the Add Members button or see additional ways you can invite here.

Step 2: Assign Tier 3 Team Permissions

  • Objective: Assign the appropriate Tier 3 permissions to your staff.
  • 🌟Note: All School Leads will automatically have Tier 3 permissions.
  • Actions: Open the drop down menu under the Role column and select "Educator + CST3" 

Step 3: Provide Support and Training for Staff

  • Objective: Equip staff with the knowledge to use the platform.
  • Actions:
    • Direct Staff to start their journey on the Training and Resource Hub Page.
    • Have staff watch pre-recorded PD on the Overview Page or Sign Up for upcoming PD Sessions that are included in the CST3 Solution

Step 4: Reach Out for Additional Support

  • Objective: Ensure you have the resources needed for a smooth onboarding process.
