Here are a few steps below to try troubleshooting your account access issues.
1. Clearing the cache
- If you're able to log into your account, click on the question mark on the bottom right-hand corner and click 'Clear Cache' button.
2. Logging out by using this link: https://login.characterstrong.com/logout
3. This will direct you back to https://curriculum.characterstrong.com and prompt you to login using your credentials.
NOTE: We also recommend using Google Chrome to access the CharacterStrong curriculum.
