First 4 Steps - School Leads
Step 1: Confirm Your Team’s Accounts
- Objective: Ensure all staff members have created their accounts.
- Actions:
- Access the Members Page under the School Management menu.
- Verify all intended Tier 3 users are present
- Be sure to check the invitations tab and resend any pending invitations or approve waiting members.
- Add any missing users via the Add Members button or see additional ways you can invite here.
Step 2: Assign Tier 3 Team Permissions
- Objective: Assign the appropriate Tier 3 permissions to your staff.
- 🌟Note: All School Leads will automatically have Tier 3 permissions.
- Actions: Open the drop down menu under the Role column and select "Educator + CST3"
Step 3: Provide Support and Training for Staff
- Objective: Equip staff with the knowledge to use the platform.
- Actions:
Direct Staff to start their journey on the Training and Resource Hub Page.
Have staff watch pre-recorded PD on the Overview Page or Sign Up for upcoming PD Sessions that are included in the CST3 Solution
